Refunds
Because of our small production runs and made-to-order mission, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or has a production defect, in which case we will offer store credit or a replacement product at our discretion. Steps for requesting a return/exchange:
1. Photograph damage and email to orders@damongrey.com within 48 hours of product delivery.
2. We will then follow up with return shipping instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
